Why I Started Perispec
After 20+ years in executive leadership, I noticed a recurring pattern across every industry: good businesses, run by capable people, getting stuck.
It wasn't a lack of talent or ambition. It was that the strategy wasn't clear, the team wasn't aligned, or the same underlying friction kept resurfacing without ever being resolved.
I founded Perispec in 2016 to bridge that gap. I work with business owners and their teams to cut through the noise, focus on what actually matters, and move forward with absolute confidence.
