Why I Started Perispec

During my 20+ years in executive and senior leadership, I saw a pattern that resonated across every industry: even high-performing organisations get stuck. They are often slowed by ambiguity, misalignment, and inertia.

This became my mission. I founded Perispec Consulting in 2016 to change that.

Perispec is built on a single promise: to bring clarity where there's confusion, structure where there's drift, and purpose where there's disconnection. I partner with leadership teams to solve their most complex problems, gain strategic clarity, and align around what truly matters.

My approach is simple: I lead with purpose and partner for clarity.

As a remote-first consultant, I facilitate strategy development, problem-solving, and alignment workshops with teams across industries and geographies. My work combines a clear, actionable structure with a collaborative, human-centered approach.

I pioneered remote facilitation long before it became mainstream, and my clients trust this model for its unparalleled flexibility and effectiveness. While I'm based in Johannesburg, my work reaches teams around the globe.
